Ballet Better General Policies

Fees, Payment, Cancellation and Refunds

1. Fees are for the total number of classes in a term. 

2. Terms may vary from 5 to 11 weeks in duration.

3. Registration and terms fees are payable, in full, in advance of attendance.

4. Fees are non refundable except in accordance with Clause 9.

5. Fees are currently exempt from VAT

Payment Method

6. Payments can be made via your Ballet Better account after you have signed up/registered with Ballet Better.

7. Payments can be made online with a bank card, credit card using the secure payment gateway.

8. Ballet Better does not store any bank/credit card details.

Cancellation

9. If a class is cancelled due to sickness of the teacher, a health epidemic, pandemic, infectious disease or any other unforeseen event we will re-schedule the class. This may be online, and may involve an extension to the term.

Absence

10. If you are unable to attend a class you can make it up online during the same term. You must email as early as possible to receive the log-in details.

11. No refunds are made for non-attendance/absence.

Change of class

12. You are to attend the class you are enrolled in and if you wish to change you must email your request to info@balletbetter.co.uk
